Returns are easy! Follow our step-by-step guide below.

Our Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from CityPickle, you can return it within:

  • 30 days from the date you received your purchase if you purchased online.
  • 30 days from your date of purchase if you purchased from a CityPickle location.

In order to be eligible for return, all items must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that we are unable to refund you any shipping and handling or restocking fees.

The following items are not eligible for return: (i) any worn, washed, soiled, missing, and/or damaged goods or items, (ii) items marked as final sale or on sale, (iii) cosmetics or beauty products, water bottles, gift cards and promotional gift cards; or any other items noted as unreturnable from time to time.

We do not currently offer exchanges.

STEP 1

Log in to your account and find your order. Click "Start a Return".

Print your label

STEP 2

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email that your return shipping label is ready. Click "Print Return Label".

Bag it up

STEP 3

Use the original packaging or other protective packaging. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the package.

Drop it off

STEP 4

Drop the package off at any USPS facility. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a refund to the original payment method.

Returns FAQs

What is your return policy on items that are on sale? 

There are no refunds or exchanges for sale merchandise. All sales are final for merchandise purchased during any sales events. 

May I get a refund for merchandise purchased at full price?

Full refunds are available for full price merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase, unopened, unwashed, with tags attached. Exclusions may apply.

May I exchange an item I bought on CityPickle's website or in-store?

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. In lieu of an exchange, please return the item and place a new order.
